Underground Gate Operators
Underground gate operators not only help keep the aesthetics of the gate intact, but they also act as an extra layer of security, as the unit is inaccessible to intruders. With this method the hinge extends outside of the operator box which controls the gate mechanism.
How Underground Units Work
Underground gate operators work on the principle that the operating box is positioned at the base of a pier or post of the gate. These types are units are usually suitable for Timber, Steel and Aluminium gates. There are two types of underground gate motor available, either a) Electro-Mechanical, b) Hydraulic. These types of gate motors handle a wide range of gate strength or weight. A site surveyor will be able to advise further.
Sliding Operators
Sliding gate operators are easy to install via Automation & Security. These can be either added to an existing or new gate. The gate motor is both silent and smooth in operation and will fit in with your existing gate design.
Above The Ground Operators
